January 30th-I'll be a judge for the S.Pellegrino Student Chef Competition at the Calphalon centre. Can't wait to try their creations!

 I'll be teaching at RELISH cooking studio in Waterloo, come check out the store, school and my classes-February 1st and 22nd I'll be doing a knife skills class.

February 7th-I'll be teaching at Longo's Burloak showcasing some delicious healthy recipes to get you on the right track for 2012

February 25th-I'll be at Mad for Marmalade enjoying the fesitivities and also one of the judges for the marmalade competition at Fort York

Looking forward to chatting with Patty Mack in March, April and May 2012 on Lifestyle with Pack Mack on C-FAX 1070. We will be giving away some of my cookbooks so make sure you listen.
